Awful experience! The doors didn’t open at 4:30 as stated on the website, so I was left waiting outside in the rain. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the fish in my fish and chips order and had the audacity to blame me when I called to give them a chance to fix it. The customer service was incredibly poor; they offered to deliver the missing item, but only for an extra charge, which felt like a further insult. Service: Takeout.

The food in general is nice however the proportion sizes are small for the cost. If your going to order go into the shop don’t bother with delivery we’ve found it the prices are more expensive online than Instore and Instore you get more choice of meal deals for cheaper price, We ordered last night and a tray of chicken meat came and it cost us £7 and it was half full and it’s a £1:50 extra charge for salad and sauce is which madness. So unsure if we will order here again.

Use to love Andy's but think it must have been taken over last few years as taken a massive decline. Expect to pay 4 quid for a large chips that comes in a cardboard box that's only half full and a tiny portion. They should ditch the box and go back to wrapping in paper. I do feel the box is to pass it off that your chip portion is larger than it is. Not a one off as returned several times thinking the last time must be an error and had been given small chips. Clearly not and they just give small portions. I would hate to see a regular size . Must be microscopic. Rip off compared to other chippies which I will now use. Speisekarte ansehen
