"Too bad I'm not a critic of taste.... I would like to use more specific terms to describe the experience of this succulent journey.... Artichoke and potato pie, a delight, light, delicate and tasty. All ingredients expertly balanced. The tortello, handmade, with porous and al dente pastry immersed in an enveloping asparagus sauce. The cheek is very tender and has really tasty sides. I also tasted the tagliatelle with lamb ragout and the stuffed rabbit... what can I say... Characteristic place and welcoming, fast and knowledgeable staff. Excellent price!!! I highly recommend it..."

"Charming Osteria with friendly service in both English and Italian and great seafood! Marinated seafood trio appetizer was especially delicious, along with lemon sponge cake and tiramisu. Small service bump was having one guest’s pasta entree come out alongside the shared appetizer. Orecchiette with pumpkin, chestnut, persimmon and fish was lovely but in my opinion could have used a bit more salt or maybe an acid to create some more tang and complexity. Wonderful place to slow down, sit in the sun and enjoy nice food with music and company : Thank you!"

"Ci eravamo stati una volta quasi un anno fa ed era stato tutto perfetto…ma Martedì ho chiamato e prenotato per due persone per Sabato alle 21:15 , mi risponde un ragazzo, gli pongo la mia richiesta e mi conferma la prenotazione. Sabato arriviamo, dopo un bel po’ di strada dato che io e il moroso siamo della provincia di Piacenza Entriamo alle 21;15 spaccate, dico alla ragazza della prenotazione, vedo il foglietto, e il mio nome non c’è Lei stessa mi chiede “ti aveva risposto un ragazzo vero?” Io confermo e le aggiungo “sa ho chiamato martedì” Lei mi guarda e mi fa”AH martedì” Prova a capire cosa poter fare, mi propone di mangiare al bancone all’ingresso, che potrebbe andare bene se sono arrivata senza prenotazione, ma in quanto ho prenotato con largo anticipo per poter passare una serata tranquilla come era stata la precedente non mi sembrava il caso di rimanere vicino al bancone vicino alla cassa con le spalle all’ingresso e la porta aperta dietro al collo. Per carità la ragazza zero colpe è stata anche gentile e comprensiva, qui si vede che però qualcuno, non è stato diligente nel fare il suo lavoro perché scrivere un nome su un foglio di carta non mi sembra così difficile. SE e dico SE ritorneremo probabilmente mi accetterò più volte di avere una prenotazione a mio nome.."
