"We have visited this place twice in a space of 6 weeks without being able to have any acknowledgement from staff. Both times we came in, waited by the bar and as nobody acknowledged us proceeded to the table where we sat for 10 minutes without a service. I managed to get an eye contact of at least 3 staff but they just carried on cleaning tables and walking up and down. Maybe a better management and a better trained staff are in order."

"the worst hotel ever. the room smells the cigarettes, the walls are so thin that hear everything from the neighbors. The pictures of the rooms available on the internet are totally different than real looks. The staff… no one in the reception after 11pm so no help if something happens… when I wrote during night on FB messenger, someone answered me but after I wrote the truth, the staff took offense and wrote “If you showed some respect i could have help and changed the room. But you are sending this intimidating messages. At first i didnt have to respond because we close at 23:30 Next time be more kind Have a good night” about he internet… in thee room you can find the “manual” how to use it… but the password doesn’t work… there is an answer of staff “Probably my collague did not change it”. there is totally unprofessional and not acceptable. I can not recommend this hotel."

"Stasera per caso ci siamo fermati qui a cena. Come benvenuto ci hanno offerto un bicchiere di prosecco e dalla cucina il gazpacho. Per iniziare abbiamo preso due mezze porzioni di crudo di Sauris e burrata, ottima! Qui in Friuli mai mangiato una burrata così buona come se fosse appena stata fatta in caseificio in Puglia. Abbiamo proseguito con stinco e pollo disossato. Molto molto buoni. Io e mia moglie siamo davvero soddisfatti, prezzi nella norma. Prossima volta proveremo la fiorentina, perché di sicuro ci torneremo. I camerieri educatissimi, simpatici e professionali."
