We had dinner in this inn in the historic center, they put us inside because there was no room outside (nicer). The interior was a bit cramped and hot. I asked for air conditioning and luckily they turned it on. The staff were friendly and quick. Let's get to the papoches... good, well made, very stuffed, even too much to be stomach-churning. My partner and I decided to eat at this place based on the reviews. We fell in love with their mothers and the kindness with which they welcomed us! The place is run by a couple, both very kind, humble and always ready to give us advice on what to choose. The panzerotti are also good, both fried and baked. Best pizza and best paposcia not only in Vieste but also in the whole Gargano region! This is a family run business with a lovely couple serving the best food you will find. The cippola (onion to fill the paposcia or to top the onion pizza) that she prepares is absolutely perfect and delicious. She is so kind that shared her recipe with me! I will try to reproduce at home but I think I am not going to be able to make something so delicious. This is the best place to go in Vieste, in my opinion. Also, they offer the most honest prices.
