Delicious tasty menu, great ambiance and service. Very dog friendly to ! Even brought water to the table for our dog also

Beautiful cafe, lovely setting. Lovely grape vines around the ceiling of the cafe. Menu has lots of choice for adults and children. Will definitely be returning Speisekarte ansehen

Very saddening that the Apple Store has adapted the horrible attitude that cash is bad What happened to choice I’ll say no more as I won’t be returning after years of happy visits

One of our usual brunch haunts for the past few years but really disappointing today. A noticeable difference in quality. Also cashless now which is ridiculous. Won’t be returning.

Fantastic Steak pudding chips and mushy peas. What better to have for lunch on a chilly February day. Service was great food delicious (extra gravy no problem) will be revisiting for more. Worth the trip out. Speisekarte ansehen

The food is usually very nice and the setting is lovely. It can get very warm inside due to the fabric of the building and the log fire inside. Unfortunately this visit they served us a very, very salty watercress soup. Also we sat outside and it was served to us barely warm. Staff always nice and friendly but it does have very limited toilet facilities. I like that it is dog friendly and the cakes are lovely I think it is a real pity that they do not take bookings

A change to the normal routine. As colleagues, we decided to venture out for lunch and I recommended this place after attending a couple of other times with my wife and children. Having been informed of the special, Smoked salmon, creamy chive sauce with rosti and asparagus, we thought we would give it a try. Worth every minute and pound spent on buying and enjoying this fine lunch. The lunch offering moved from a typical lunch to a gastro offering which was welcomed. We will be back.

Such a lovely place, I must admit we do prefer this cafe for breakfast over lunch but all in all a really really nice spot. We visited today Sunday 3rd of March 2024 and sat outside with our two dogs, we ordered a sausage hashbrown bun and eggs Benedict with hashbrowns all absolutely delicious and served in record time. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and although my partner isn’t really a breakfast food lover even he kept going on about how nice it was, the hashbrowns were HUGE definitely a hit for both of us. You can see from the picture how lovely my eggs Benedict was. My caramel cappuccino was really good as well, delicious coffee and hot! The surroundings are beautiful and all the staff...
