"Took my wife for a 40th Birthday afternoon tea. The service was prompt and attentive. Our dietary requirement (no mayo for me and no beef for the wife was no problem). The cake, scones and desserts were to die for. A beautiful setting with the Christmas tree, piano and general ambiance. A shame for the staff that we were the only ones in there that early to serve but honestly- it was perfect. 10/10. Thank you. Well worth the trip from Nottingham."

Disappointing Corona-menu and the meat ordered medium rare came out well done. No excuse for a restaurant claiming this standard (and price), so not up to expectations unfortunately.

It was a lovely space to sit in and felt tranquil and relaxed. Shame that the afternoon tea was dire . Sandwiches dry and not very tasty. Cakes dry , unimaginative and did not taste good . Scone was fine , probably the only element...freshly cooked.

Here on business and we said to the lovely young lady Monika we had to be out for , and we had fluid service and were out for , excellent The quail was magnificent and best ever tasted, pheasant was moist and...juicy which hard to do, For the quality prices were reasonable Thank you team

we told the waiter that one of us was allergic to nuts, but then cakes came out with nuts so that they could not be eaten by one of the parties. the cakes were as if they had been frozen and thawed before they were served. the sandwichbrot was a bit stale and the aromen was underwhelming. the staff was polite and friendly, although the service was somewhat slow. the food was good (afternoontea). the tables were too close together (seat section for 2 people sitting on each table) so made it for talks awkward. you could hear everything that is said most by others clearly and vice versa.

Visited the Aria restaurant whilst staying in the Hyatt hotel, I am coeliac so gluten free and the waitress Yana was very good and helped with all the questions I had. I had the feather blade beef which was good and followed it up with...chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream which was also nice. The atmosphere was relaxed with good decor and water features. The service we received was excellent.
