Need to going back to self service on the drinks or will carry on losting customer's

The restaurant doesn't offer the greatest variety of food and drinks, but it does have many comfortable seating options.

We experienced some confusion when trying to enter the restaurant. I couldn't locate my confirmation email and initially, they said I wasn't in their system. We had to leave, but after searching for my email, we found it. To our surprise, they then found my booking under my name! The food, ambiance, and staff were all fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. However, I must deduct one star for the initial confusion with my reservation.

excellent service! with security facilities they now work out from their app. it could not be easier, it has brought a new level of service that the experience in very positive wise. update 15. märz .. as with all companies aspire are adapting to covid, but as always with care they are now working a bar-style service for alcoholic beverages. our visit was even more pleasant due to the understanding and attentive service of kay and will made 5* well!

I booked a reservation at this restaurant to ensure a comfortable seat and a stress-free experience while waiting for my gate to open. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived. They were out of Coke and explained that they had not received a delivery because it was Sunday. Additionally, there were no juices available, so my grandson was unable to have a drink. When I asked for a dark rum, I was informed that there was a £2 extra charge, despite already paying £120 for 4 people to enter the lounge. We paid £84.97 for the two of us in this lounge. What can I say, it was a complete waste of money. No beer available as they hadn 't had a delivery! We were offered a complimentary drink of cider or brown ale, which neither of us drink. Further drinks were to be paid for. The only drinks available to us free were wine. These were the cheapest of the cheap wine!! Both red and white tasted like vinegar. The food...!! Well appalling, no hash browns, sausages were inedible, bacon wasn 't cooked properly. Absolute waste of money. We could have gone into the pub in the airport and got a breakfast each for £14.99 !! We would never ever book this lounge again. Definitely the worst one we have ever b...

My family recently tried to visit the Aspire Lounge at Birmingham Airport, but unfortunately, we were turned away at the entrance as the lounge was fully booked. Even with our Priority Pass, we were unable to gain entry without a reservation. Despite our best efforts to charm our way in, we were met with a firm refusal. The highlight of the experience was the lady at the desk, who seemed to take pleasure in denying us entry. It became clear that planning ahead is necessary to enjoy the luxury of the lounge. The restaurant does not have toilets on the premises. Customers must walk a few minutes to the main terminal toilets, passing by WHSmith and the No. 1 Lounge. The restaurant reserves tables with reserved signs, even if they are not actually reserved. When I arrived, a table was reserved for me, but the lounge closed before I could be seated. The food options were limited, with options like leek and potato soup running out quickly. The choices were uninspiring, with options like white cut or ground burger balls.
