Aspire Lounge Birmingham Airport

Over priced and cramped. Toilets miles away. Most drinks are extra charge. Only had 50mins due to long baggage check in. Waste of money.

Poor service, be prepared to ask a question and get very little response or attention from staff. Food cold with little choice and coffee is bitter.

I had a great and relaxing experience before my flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious. It was a great value for the money. Speisekarte ansehen

Staff were particularly slow in this venue at the bar. It is poor value when you have to pay for premium spirits when in No 1 or the Clubrooms you do not. Breakfast was average quality but ran out of hash browns. Overall I would be hesitant to visit this lounge again.

While it may 'aspire ' to be a business lounge it doesn 't quite make it. G&T served with cheap slimline tonic (the only option available) yuk! Had to pay extra for prosecco. Poor selection of food, including dry cake. The only upside was being able to get a seat. I certainly wouldn 't pay to go in there.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the seating area was clean yet a bit tired. The drink selection was acceptable, but most liquors and prosecco come with an extra charge. I booked a reservation at this restaurant to ensure a comfortable seat and a stress-free experience while waiting for my gate to open. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived. They were out of Coke and explained that they had not received a delivery because it was Sunday. Additionally, there were no juices available, so my grandson was unable to have a drink. When I asked for a dark rum, I was informed that there was a £2 extra charge, despite already paying £120 for 4 people to enter the lounge. I was really disappointed with the amount of money I spent, only for them to close early. I wish I had gone to Wetherspoons instead.

We paid £84.97 for the two of us in this lounge. What can I say, it was a complete waste of money. No beer available as they hadn 't had a delivery! We were offered a complimentary drink of cider or brown ale, which neither of us drink. Further drinks were to be paid for. The only drinks available to us free were wine. These were the cheapest of the cheap wine!! Both red and white tasted like vinegar. The food...!! Well appalling, no hash browns, sausages were inedible, bacon wasn 't cooked properly. Absolute waste of money. We could have gone into the pub in the airport and got a breakfast each for £14.99 !! We would never ever book this lounge again. Definitely the worst one we have ever b...

My family recently tried to visit the Aspire Lounge at Birmingham Airport, but unfortunately, we were turned away at the entrance as the lounge was fully booked. Even with our Priority Pass, we were unable to gain entry without a reservation. Despite our best efforts to charm our way in, we were met with a firm refusal. The highlight of the experience was the lady at the desk, who seemed to take pleasure in denying us entry. It became clear that planning ahead is necessary to enjoy the luxury of the lounge. So, if you want to relax in a comfy chair with your child enjoying snacks, be sure to book in advance. Otherwise, you'll be left disappointed with vending machine snacks. We appreciate th...
