We got there 10 minutes before our reservation and they said that they were closing

The service initially started off well, but as the restaurant became busier, it felt like we were overlooked. The food was good, and the location was excellent.

The water and wine glasses were impeccably clean, the service was prompt, and the prices were competitive. The food was delicious, although the wine was a bit on the pricey side. Speisekarte ansehen

Excellent food and service, a little pricey but It's London so to be expected, the only slight criticism was being asked 6 or 7 times if everyhing was OK but other than than the food was excellent

Birthday celebration, found via the meerkat meals app. 10/10 customer service and the food was incredible. Our waiter Filipe couldn’t do enough for us then surprised the birthday person with a gorgeous birthday dessert.

Nice relaxed place near Waterloo station. Short, fairly priced, but interesting menu with lots of plant food. Decent wine list, all available by the glass. Large outside seating area, but it can be a bit noisy as by the main road. Speisekarte ansehen

We just went to have some late lunch at Atrio. Wasn’t sure whether we waited or just sit anywhere. Went to the counter and asked and the staff asked us to take seat anywhere. The person to take order was taking very long . We sat nearly half hour before someone came! Nearly walked out . But once the order was taken the food was very nice . May be service needs to be bit faster . On the whole good experience . They wanted to dine at a restaurant and checked out the photos and menu online. The restaurant was located in a hotel, which was not clearly indicated in the pictures, slightly affecting the ambiance. The menu was different from what they expected, which was disappointing, and the wine selection was limited. After ordering from the new menu, my starter arrived, but I noticed that three items were omitted from its description—ingredients I have allergies to. We pre booked our table 2 weeks in advanced. On arrival 1 hour before our booking we had an email to say our reservation had been cancelled. I rang through to the Plaza reception who transferred me to the Atrio restaurant, they apologised and said the table was still available.
