"Disappointed yesterday evening of an order that was not the usual reflection of what we were able to order before, the quality of the hamburgers was not at the rendezvous despite paying between 14 and 17€ the menu. In hoping that the remarks will be taken into account and constructively for an improvement of the service without returning the fault to the customer for X reasons. I don't see how two different people can be there.
