A unique place, always a delight to be at L’Aubergade. The rooms have incredible charm. Delicious cuisine under the watchful eye of the owner Mr Trama, always mischievous and attentive. It is magic.

Great place, great service whether it's the Golden Hen or the Aubergade, the service is perfect the dishes are good, we have a great time there every time. The servers do their job to perfection, really great.

At the restaurant of the poor (La Poule d'Or), a great meal is served for a reasonable price. Ginger marinated salmon is particularly successful. Several wines at very wise prices. Nice service. I give 4 stars just because of some small service errors that can not be done in a Relais Châteaux.

We came my companion and I dine and spent a night Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Very pleasant welcome, the evening meal was beyond the excellent and we had the pleasant visit of chef Michel Trama that we feel at the small care for his guests. My birthday started well in L’Aubergade at Monsieur and Madame Trama in Puymirol. The room was beautiful, the hotel is sublime and decorated with extremely tasteful, the reception was very warm. I was enchanted by this mythical place. The evening dinner was a marvel and to start the next day, breakfast in the restaurant surrounded by trees was an infinite peace. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the owners, the leader and the whole team for making this stay, an unforgettable moment.
