Excellent lunch! The welcome is warm The frame too and we are not tight which is nice We chose the sweetbreads with small vegetables and small potatoes with brunoise sauce and candied vegetables. We often choose this dish when it is on the menu: it was a delight: we discovered the sweetbreads!!! they melt in your mouth no need for a knife while being crispy on the outside thanks to the grid Exactly how I like them (except I don’t have any laughs at home) We were tempted by the gourmet coffee which is aptly named and gives a beautiful and tasty overview of the desserts.
