The interior is spacious and...the staff is friendly. No snobbery here. Absolutely recommended!

This is not the easiest place to find but is well worth making an effort. The tasting lunch menu was amazing, a series of small dishes that were each a delicious surprise, artistically presented without being stupidly so and we left without feeling bloated. If...you can have the wine/beer pairings, even better. Definitely somewhere to return to.

The restaurant looks trendy and has an eclectic interior style, slightly unexpected in this rural setting. The food was very nice, one could immediately tell they source their ingredients locally. Sometimes there was not enough protein with the veg for my taste, and I didn't...like any of the paired drinks, but overall this was very interesting. Speisekarte ansehen

A real incredible culinary expérience with one of the best and most famous cook from the North of France. If you drink Alcohol, try the formula included recommended and assorted drinks .... Authentic and delicious possibility to sleep on site but the waiting list...is quite long). Try to get enough time to have a walk in the countryside , it's beautiful !

The setting and restaurant are really nice with plenty of space between the tables to guarantee your privacy. The food combinations were very experimental, but failed to delivery any really interesting tastes. Fries with some cheese mayonnaise as main dish was a disgrace for star Michelin restaurant. We did not like any of the paired drinks. Some of the beers were almost undrinkable. In summary an experience to quickly forget.

Beautyful interior, friendly staff, poor cuisine for a star-rated restaurant. The culinary experience is announced as a surprise; you don’t get a view on the menu nor on number of courses, and that’s okay... While I liked to be served local produce, it should have...been seasoned to elevate taste, at least with salt and pepper. After a couple of dishes, which one of was a slice of (even not entire) mushroom with have to say delicious sauce, we got french fries as last course... As like: to avoid you leave hungry. It is really worth to go there, in this small village in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais countryside! The room is very big, privacy of the guests preserved by the space between the tables. Candlelights, wood and brick, high ceilings give a very intimate atmosphere. The staff is...numerous, very friendly and attentive, without being too formal. The rhythm of the service is good, you can have a conversation in between. The best is the meal, chef’s choice, you are precisely told for each service what is in front of you. Florent's food is fantastic: it is proud of its origins; uses products from its Region and gives you something original, tasty, creative yet simple and highly enjoyable. The fennel chou rave was a highlight but overall beautiful food: it absolutely delivered in the plate;...delicious. Where things went a little south for us was threefold: Service is very slow.
