A friendly welcome. Several people take care of you: 1 who install you, 1 who only takes the orders for the aperitif, 1 other who only takes for the order of the dishes and 1 other for the addition,If you take a salad meal plate not enough copyy for the price. You have to order the menu.

We were greeted by very kind servers who even took the time to bring pencils and colours to children. and the meal was at the height of what we had read on the guide of the ridge: excellent! children and adults we are feasted. with special mention for foie gras and flaune. I recommend the eyes closed!

daytime on a very hot day this place (possibly the only restaurant in the village) was very full of local workers, families and some tourist who visit the charming and historic templar village. our fear that the amount of customers would lead to long service. times were unfounded, the service team made a great job, and eating was on the earth, hearty and tasty. best sausage and maic (aligot saussice) I had in years. the prices were moderate and correspond to the quality. a nice example for a village restaurant that understands its business.
