"I who comes to Quend almost every year since my childhood, I didn't know this place until I book a night in half-board via an online booking site... and frankly I'm not disappointed... of the warm and professional welcome, to the room with charm, cleanliness, the magnificent site, the swimming pool, the irreproachable service, the quality of all amenities, and ... Restaurant: superior level! The setting, cleanliness, tablecloths and towels, when at food it is extraordinary, everything is tasteful, fresh and an irreproachable, creative and perfect quality at the level of chords and flavors. When you ask a question about one of the ingredients, the waitress answers you without hesitation, she knows perfectly the dishes, it's weird to specify but it's not always the case... the wine cellar will seduce the connoisseurs and the digestive cart too. On the side of breakfast, nothing more than perfect, heart, choice and especially local quality products, good coffee, brand jam, in brief a report quality price really excellent. One of the best addresses I've tested this year and one thing is sure, I'll be there."

"Nous avons voulu manger dans ce restaurant. Un « serveur » ne nous disant même pas bonjour nous dévisage, en disant haut et fort « vivement la retraite » Il était en train de dresser une table, il a jeté les couverts dessus et a clairement gueulé « 2 personnes je prend » en s’adressant aux personnes attendant devant. Je précise qu’il venait de faire assoir un couple de deux personnes à une table de 4 alors qu’une table de deux était libre. Nous étions 4 nous n’avons donc pas pu nous installer. J’étais tellement choqué du comportement de ce qui est censé être un serveur que nous sommes parti, en espérant ne jamais avoir à revoir cet homme."

"We went there on May 18, 2014 based on the recommandation of a friend. The service was VERY BAD (the host sitting people waiting in lines did not want to sit 3 people so he passed us twice for 2 * 2 people or 4 people and when I told him it was not normal, he told us that he could place people as he wished and that if we were unhappy we could go to MacDonald, there were enough people waiting to insure that all tables will be used)!. Please note that one of my friends was showing the visible sign of her battle with cancer (near baldness) and he did not care at all. She later reported the rudeness of the host to the owner.The food was average, the mussels were overcooked or reheated and the French fries were soft and tasteless. The mayonnaise served into packets left in the sun all day long was liquid.Only one waitress was nice.I refused to eat anything else and got my dessert somewhere else.NEVER AGAIN."

The reception is correct, the smiling and efficient service. the rooms were filled, so the service delayed a little, but the girl made her possible. We almost all took fried mussels, the dishes were copied and very good taste. small dish on my mussels that I found overcooked. masked meat, radius wing and children's menus were very good and very beautiful.
