The owner of this restaurant is negatively impacting my dining experience. Additionally, I found hair in my food. Are they not wearing hairnets?

My husband and I rarely write reviews, but we were so impressed with Babbo that we had to share our experience. The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended.

Quirky little place in Mayfair, food was great along with the drinks! Prices werent too bad drinks were a little over priced and the service charge was ridiculous but really good place and definitely return! If your in the area a must visit!

I have not had the opportunity to dine in at Babbo due to lockdown restrictions, but I have enjoyed some fantastic takeaway cappuccinos in the past month. I can highly recommend them – the Italian coffee is truly top-notch! During my last visit, the General Manager Bruno recommended the chicken and avocado panini to me, and it was absolutely delicious. What an absolute gem this place is. Literally flawless service, very welcoming relaxed and attentive. Never seen such a great team of people. The food is incredible and the cocktails were a dream. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough, as some one who has enjoyed visiting Italy a number of times, this place blew me away with its food. Thank you for an amazing experience and wishing you all the best for the future, it’s places like this that require the publics support through difficult times.

I went to Babbo as it was close to the hotel. The reception and service was lovely. I had a beetroot salad and four cheese pizette. The salad of course is always glorious because of beetroot and mix no doubt. But the four cheese need a revisit. It was hard to distinguish the cheeses in the 4. Although the portion was very good as with the crust just the cheese. The tiramisu had some old reviews that indicated that it came with a cream poured over the dessert. It didn't seem consistent with how it was served then: The tiramisu arrived in a dessertware which what looked like a whipped cream on top of biscuity base. It very dry. All in all it was OK. On Wednesday my partner surprised me with a meal here and I can honestly say it is one of the best Italian restaurants that I have ever been too! Every single person from the front of house ladies, manager, bartender and waiters was lovely! We were impressed by their professionalism and the way they built a rapport with us. Our main waiter was Alisso, he was extremely attentive to our needs and had a brilliant customer service manner. He recommended dishes, regularly topped up our glasses and made sure we enjoyed every part of our meal and service.
