If you are in Pienza you absolutely must go and eat at Baccano. Unique place with a family feeling where every guest can leave a mark of their passage through this place. Crazy food with local products. We ate Pecorino di Pienza and Truffle crostone, a fairy tale. Pici all'aglione for me and pici Cacio e Pepa for my partner, handmade by Paura. Pecorino and truffle tartare and you absolutely cannot miss their tiramisu. A place to stop and get lost in the thousands of sentences left by past guests.
