Great experience at the Cavallone beach in Lido di Camaiore. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food delicious! The sand is very clean and the water is clear. I very recommend this place.

Our fourth time back to Lido di Camaiore and to Cavallone. The beach is one of the best we have ever been to. The cabanas are great and the restaurant just a few steps away is wonderful. The pesto is the best we have experienced in Italy. A must

Our tour guide took us there for lunch as a nice way to see a true Italian beach area without all of the tourists. We each had the seafood salad and it was excellent. We ate inside, but with the windows open, the sea air wafted through. Service was also good.

We had private dining on the beach whilst on honeymoon. It was just fantastic. It is an incredible setting and the food is also excellent. This is perfect for a getting away from it all dinner, private and romantic. I would highly recommend to anyone, worth the money.

For the last five years we have been guests at this beautiful Bagno. Laura and her team are great, friendly and helpful all the time. The place has the traditional Bagno flavour but is very up to date at the same time. Valet parking in the shade and great meals they serve! Do no hesitate to go here.... Jeroen Reineke

Included in the room rate at Locanda al Colle is a cabana with two sunbeds, two deckchairs, a directors chair and a small table. The beds don 't look very comfortable but in fact are, and the cabana provides much needed shelter from the sun, although you have to move the beds and chairs to get in to and out of the shade! The sand is beautifully groomed and very clean, the 'stations ' are widely spaced and orderly, and the sea is shallow and warm. The toilets are well maintained and there are cubicles for changing and a bar and restaurant it 's all very nicely done. There is free parking but we came by taxi and it cost 25 euros each way every journey in the area seems to cost 25 euros!! We ha...

Having spent a relaxing day at Il Cavallone beach club last year with a very pleasant and leisurely lunch in their restaurant with our family, we decided to make a reservation for the night before our wedding. Il Cavallone serves dinner on the beach on Friday and Saturday nights it looks absolutely charming in the photographs, and came highly recommended. Unfortunately, out of nowhere, a storm descended with torrential rain, meaning the whole event was moved indoors.
