Good gallery where you can go close to the riverThe side walk is beautiful and you can find lot of shops and restaurants there.

Rubbish food, awful service. I actually complained. Thankfully the manager did however deal with me very well and tried to recify the situation

Location is good, the bar is nice. The food is average but the service really bad. Our reservation was wrong, the service was slow and quite rude. Asking for basic items like some butter for the bread was treated like it was a major inconvenience. Speisekarte ansehen

I always enjoyed the choice of wines at Balls Brothers, the cocktails are good and then we tried the food. A wide selection of dishes offered, it is very loud when it gets full and the service takes longer when its busy, but a visit to catch up with friends eating is always good never had any problems.

we went on a Friday night after work to a meal. was a nice atmosphere, but very busy and a little understated, as result there were some delays. we had both steak medium rare and it was amazing. it was perfectly cooked and would simply melt in the mouth, I would definitely recommend trying the steak when they go. the second round of cocktails was and little dissapointing, we ordered an old fashion and a martini. They had no olives for the martini and the old fashion were not the best. about everything it was a nice experience and I would go back, but at a less busy evening.

I and my family decided to go for dinner on Friday night and book a table at Balls Brothers in Hays Galleria and we were very dissatisfied and disappointed. When we arrived there it was extremely loud and people just hung everywhere, but that wasn't the main problem, we asked about our table and the host took how and showed where our table was dirty, but that wasn't the main problem, we waited until they cleaned it and we sat. Right over our heads there was a music speaker who was full and we couldn't even have conversation and we asked if that was possible to lower the volume down, but the waiter said no.
