"Beautiful restaurant with an exceptional enclosed terrace surrounded by exterior greenery. Staff very courteous and attentive. We had the excellent lamb shoulder dry roasted at a low temperature on a bed of fennel and thyme for hours and served with quinoa and baby mushrooms. A bottle of Les Carrétals Minervois completed an outstanding meal! Highly recommended. A reservation would be wise."

One of the better offerings in the Halles area, Baltard au Louvre has a somewhat limited menu but everything I've had from it has been good (this was my second visit). Includes a decent selection of imaginative vegetarian dishes.

beautiful place before visiting the bourse pinault collection. the menu for the day entreé of betteraves (bice with other added ingredients fresh and tasteful) followed by the roasted young chicken on roasted aubergine and lenses and other delicious sauce. I was too full to try dessert. friendly service, nice environment. I hope to go back.
