"Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen und wir würden vermutlich auch wieder hier her kommen. Unser Zimmer “Bellagio” war äußerst geräumig, Sauberkeit in Ordnung und durchaus ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Verbesserungswürdig sind folgende Themen: die Dusche ist doch in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eventuell renoviert werden. Pluspunkt: sie ist sehr geräumig! die Wifi Geschwindigkeit im Zimmer war leider sehr, sehr langsam! der Wasserdruck beim Duschen stellt zeitweise ein Problem dar, da dieser zu schwach ist. Auch war es unmittelbar nach dem Betätigen der Toilettenspülung nicht möglich die Hände zu waschen, da dann schlichtweg so gut wie kein Wasserdruck am Wasserhahn vorhanden war das Frühstück findet nicht als Buffet statt sondern wird an den Tisch geliefert, was wir als entspannt empfunden haben. Jedoch war fast an allen Tagen zu wenig Personal beim Frühstück anwesend, wodurch es zu längeren Wartezeiten kam. Außerdem wurden nicht auf Anhieb alle Bestandteile des vorab per Liste bestellten Frühstücks an den Tisch gebracht, was Nachfragen erfordert hat und ebenso für Mehrarbeit beim Personal gesorgt hat."

"I just visited this restaurant with 5 people. The experience was exceptional! We had eggplant and frito misto for appetizers, both really tasty! But the pizzas were phenomenal. Especially recommend any pizza with seafood and the special one: first fried then oven baked. The evening was hectic, busy and full. The waiters literally ran and jumped around. But still everything came on time and all the staff was really friendly. Especially Jeff, he took special care of us. We enjoyed the evening pretty well, thank you!"

"It's Saturday night and, therefore, there's inevitably a lot of confusion. the place is very large and quite noisy. Thanks to the reservation we can sit right away, but it takes an infinite time to receive the menus (tried twice and succeed in ordering. The kitchen is fast enough and the first (pizzoccheri cutlini with bresaola and porcini are really excellent. I feel like recommending the cutters because they were delicious. For the second it is still a bit of patience and while they offer us fries to apologize for the wait (very nice and for nothing discounted gestures. Actually, the second comes again the two first that ahimè are sent back (to know I would have liked to do the bis : and spends more time to receive a good grill of fish. Coffee... even here it is necessary to ask it 3 times before it arrives.. .Very nice, but very interesting, great perfume. next time it will definitely be tried. Right prices (28 € per head but a lot of confusion both in the room and in the noise. to try again at a quieter time."

"I had lunch today with my husband in a wheelchair. we ate chaplains (fish ravioli with inside the fish of the lake called washllo,) herbal potato dumplings and grilled of lake fish. excellent chaplains and also grilled. I have to admit that they were a little too delicate of goto, but maybe it is my palate that prefers more decisive flavors. It is very relaxing to have lunch with the lake in front, outdoor under an umbrella with slightly ventilated climate. recommend this restaurant very clean, well maintained, efficient, right prices. congratulations to all the staff. thank you."

"Spectacular location vith a 180 degree view on the lake. Variety of menu was 3/5, quality 4/5, not happy with the service as there was one waiter who behaved in a quite rude manner, probbaly because he was overwhelmed. Overall, I still recommend going, mainly for the view. The place would be stunning with a bit of investment in personnel and cuisine."
