Non si tratta del classico ristorante Giapponese a cui siamo abituati, oltre ai classici nigiri, tartare etc. al Barracuda troverete ingredienti particolari come mango, manzo in sostituzione del pesce, zucchine, crema di tartufo, riso venere e tanto altro. Probabilmente è un errore utilizzare il termine 'fusion ', ma solo così riesco a dare l 'idea dell 'incredibile risultato raggiunto da questo ristorante.
