"my wife and I were for a red lion for a meal now maybe 6 times, so I thought it was fair that I checked it. I guess some would say if we were six times, the review is enough! there is something for everyone at the red lion, there is a large playground outside for young children and many tables to sit down and keep them in the eye. in the inner is a large restaurant to the left, a smaller it area mainly for the bar snack side of the dinge on the right and further through on the right side of the main area, again with plenty of sitting opportunity for eating when they so desire. there is an extensive menu of beef style that has significantly improved in my mind in recent years. in portions are too large, depending on the plate, not many people could complain about not enough food. the menu offers some discounted like two courses for £7.50 or £6 before 6pm do not quote them discount me on these, they are just the type of offers. the offers are very good, especially from the midday to the tee-time. All the meals we had were of good quality and well presented, especially for a pub chain. these are not gourmet dishes, but they are good. the wine list is also quite extensive, house wine around the £13 brand that is acceptable, more to the point it is also quite good. the red lion is a great place to eat and chat, especially for families (they also offer high chairs) and the staff was always very helpful and polite."

So lucky to have this place practically on my doorstep really nice relaxing place to eat. Great comfortable decor. Essen superb will definitely be back soon. The staff couldn't do enough for you.

The place is nice. We're surprised it's not busy because it's the holiday. Their food is also delicious though we had to wait for it to get prepared for about 10mins or so but it's worth the wait.

At the Premier Inn next door so dead practically to come here for a dinner or just a drink. We had drinks on Friday afternoon and ate in the restaurant on Saturday night. The food was excellent and it was served by very friendly staff. Speisekarte ansehen

A great pub for food and drinks! They have outdoor play area facilities for younger children. Staff were friendly and welcoming. This bar has a good choice of beers. I was really impressed with the food! The fish and chips came well flavoured and was very enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Nice little restaurant with a lot of choice. The food was beautiful, I had a mix grill that was cooked nicely. The sausage was nice. My partner had a steak that was also super tasty. We stayed in Blackpool for an overnight stay at the southern bank, which is a bit away from Beef Eater. We enjoyed our meal so much, we returned to breakfast the next morning and that was so beautiful. Staff and service 10/10 highly recommended for a meal. Nothing was too much trouble.
