"After many difficulties to have a table (small restaurant and great fame) we have a divine evening at the Bliss.Beautiful, pleasant and relaxing, the tables are not too close to each other. We let ourselves be guided by the chef for the dishes, and by his wife for the wines and it is only pleasure. "We have lunch with my daughter in this little Italian restaurant, I have to say that everything is perfect. the decor is very pleasant and warm. The director is very friendly and welcoming. When the dishes that were served to us, they were divine. I took a parma ham pizza, the dough is fine and delicately scented with olive oil and the filling is generous. dessert I ate a cart that was simply very good. we enjoyed seeing the cooks at work through the glass that gives in the room. a restaurant that shows its cuisine, is a restaurant that has nothing to hide!!! bravo. thank you to the whole team, I have enjoyed myself. "Hello fellow-members of the three-advisor community and internet friends who will read me! invited by friends to share a couscous, we left to an unknown destination (some mystery), unveiled lately in the vicinity of Merignac. We are stationed on the outskirts of the hotel (because few places on the adjoining p) for this moment of conviviality. I joined in pj the menu of the dishes simmered by the chef because our guests had chosen the dishes for the meal; So I can't give my opinion on the other dishes. a l'ordre du jour: couscous royal.During the preparation of the latter, my sempiteral journey through the hygiene block (those who have already read me know why), clean, functional set accessible to the disabled.
