"We were there for the first time today. I have to say the young man who served us was really very friendly Food, a lot and not manageable, I found it too expensive for the money. There were three chicken pieces and water puree... I'd rather have a little less and more real mashed potatoes or fries, which I really missed... Everything is tailored to the Americans, the portions are way too big, the drinks are too big, the main thing is a lot and in abundance ??? There’s enough being thrown away! Can't understand this principle it's time to rethink a bit. I saw what went back, most people can't do that. What annoyed me the most was that everything was in English, not a single menu was in German, as a reminder, where do we live? Of course we are glad that we have the nice Americans, otherwise there wouldn't be many shops, but hello, we're still here, what's the problem with printing 2 cards in German? Honestly, for me that's a reason not to go! They probably don't need our money! Because you don't feel welcome. I would have left again if it wasn't for my boyfriend. My friend's burger was delicious."

One of the best fried chicken places in town! I’m a big fan of the waffle fries and their sandwiches. Milkshakes are kid approved.

Dry overcooked chicken. Do not recommend, long wait for disappointing food. It used to be good but food quality has gone downhill the last few months.

Had to try this place because of its popularity. I dislike how there is no option for sandwiches only. I'm here for some chicken sandwiches not for fries. Or there could've been an option to substitute them for some salad/coleslaw or something healthier. Sandwiches were good. The batter was not too think so the portion of meat was decent. Sauces tasted good as well. I see why this is a go to place for a lot of folks. Pricewise.... probably won't come back though because I felt like I wasted my money for those unwanted fries and food.

I ate here for the first time on 29.11.2024 with my husband. The dining area was very nice and clean. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. I couldn’t decide between the Cobb Salad and the shrimp but I ended up ordering the shrimp platter. It was delicious. Everything was perfect and the portion sizes were in line with the prices. I like that every entree is customizable to your preferred spice level. I definitely recommend Benji’s Birdhouse especially since it’s nice to have an alternative to the usual restaurants in the area that are in abundance with the same there cuisines. Please make 1 shake option that is vegan or dairy free!
