"What a fab person Berni is! We needed a venue last minute after another venue had to cancel and she sorted everything for us! The room looked amazing, the staff on the bar were fab and kept wait times to a minimum. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely hire the room again. Everyone had a great night and everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was perfect for the party and everyone danced all night! Thanks so much to Berni and the team. Helen x"

A very nice function room. Food catering was very nice. Only downside was the beer selection not much to shout about. As a whole really enjoyed the night.

Had my husbands 60th birthday party at berni Inn tonight absolutely amazing venue worth every penny the room is beautiful the food was fantastic I really recommend this place the staff are amazing spot on Speisekarte ansehen

Amazing venue for our wedding breakfast and reception. outstanding. We would highly recommend. The food was just perfect and disappeared fast. The owner and all who work there are so freindly and down to earth. Perfect

Had a private event booked here today during the afternoon. Will hopefully be coming here again soon next year. Staff and host are extremely helpful and it is a very nice local venue for all manner of occasions. Many thanks xxx

Superb venue in Whitworth, great room, great staff and Manager. Charley and Aidans wedding on Saturday was fabulous. Friendly and accommodating staff, Great variation of food and great quality, great place to hold a party. Highly recommended for any function! Thank you Speisekarte ansehen

Just like to say a huge thank you to Berni inns and staff for making Jessica’s 3rd birthday extra special from the moment we entered the room it looked amazing and you made us very welcome nothing was too much trouble , the food was great too everyone enjoyed the party thanks for everything would highly recommend this place for any type of function xx

Attended a wonderful wedding yesterday food was lovely room was lovely the bride and groom had a lovely time.. nice venue too! Although i think the landlady lacks people skills and comes across abit rude. I felt she was more concerned about tidying the room and was on kids backs to tidy up. Also calling last orders early than planned This is a wedding a fun special day and tidying up shouldnt be a priority

"Had thos place recommended by a work colleague. Booked in for tonight at half 6. The menu has a wide range of food to suit all tastes. Very warm welcome and excellent customer service. "We have been visiting TVS for 7 years and have noticed some changes that are not for the better. The restaurant used to be vibrant and bustling with great service, fast and friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere. The food has always been decent. However, the new management lacks enthusiasm and does not interact with customers. The staff are pleasant, but two young employees struggle to keep up with a 70% full dining room. The new menu has not changed much, but the food is still good. While the meat on a hot plate is delicious, serving food on a wooden plank feels outdated. We tried to love the place but only recommend it for a quick drink and snack. Perhaps bringing in a trained server or having the management visit a nearby restaurant for inspiration would improve the overall experience."

"This was a busy day and the menu stated that food can take mins to arrive. We ordered our food and the drinks came promptly. The food took minutes to arrive but part of the order was missing. The worst was yet to...come. Halfway through my breakfast I discovered a hair in the scrambled egg. I discreetly brought this to the attention of a staff member who clearly did not know what to do in this situation. I asked for the manager and she went off to get him or her. We waited another minutes and no one came back to us. I then asked another staff member where the manager was and was told I'm really sorry but they're busy The fact that I'd found a hair in my food didn't seem to register with anyone and I was amazed. I was offered a refund for the breakfast and the part if the order which never arrived. I asked if they had a protocol for customers who find foreign bodies it their food but no one knew. I could have created such a scene in the cafe but I didn't. I was discreet throughout. I left my phone number and was told that it would be given to the manager immediately and I would get a phone call. than hours later I have heard nothing. Needles to say I will not be visiting again."
