hotel very well except the restaurant where it is very, so not too long, (1 hour 30) to serve that makes the evening a little attractive when you have to leave early the next day. Too bad. Speisekarte ansehen

All right. The person who welcomed us in the middle of a lovely night, offered us bottles of fresh water, with the canicle, and 10 h of car, of a kindness and concerning the very spacious rooms! Well, thank you for everything.

a very good hotel to make a stage. the team is really top and the restaurant also very good. in addition to the plugs to charge the vehicles are attached to the hotel. the family room is spacious with bathtub, always appreciable with small ones.

We are doing a six week road trip around Europe and stopped here to break up a long drive from France to Italy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and everything works efficiently. My husband was delighted to get decent WiFi for the first time in 3 weeks!We didn't eat at the hotel as the prices seemed quite high, 12.95 euros each person for breakfast.The setting among the Alps is beautiful and, I hope to return to the area one day and do it justice by exploring it properly. The restaurant was unbearably hot with broken air conditioner and one fan which they wouldn't switch on! Apparently the air conditioning had been broken for a long time and the management were in dispute with the air con company. In my opinion they should have had the system repaired by another company and then taken it up with the offending company. We sat down and asked for a fan but we're told they only had one, which was not switched on. The waitress complained about the heat and was unhappy working in those conditions. We looked at the menus but were ignored as a large group had arrived. After 10 minutes, getting hotter and hotter, the waitress said she was coming, but she didn't, so we...

We booked on line for a 4 night stay whilst attending a friend's wedding in the area. The room looked nothing like the photos on the web. They claim to be a 4 Star hotel but come nowhere hear this rating. We were obliged to...upgrade our room just to get enough space go move in and to get a better view of the other side of the car park. And this in the most beautiful part if a mountainous region! Whilst language (French/English) may play a small part in the misunderstandings experienced, the plain poor attitude and unhelpful nature of the staff did not help to make our stay at all comfortable. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Room Service took aged to bring even a pot o...
