So I have to commute in to London fortnightly and stay at a nearby hotel. Found this GEM and now go there every evening whilst in London. Great staff and the food is amazing, especially the chef's pies.

When for a private function on a Saturday. The whole pub: 3 floors, can be rented out. Music is available in all the rooms. The staff were great and very cognisant of ensure only the party guests where there. Fantastic experience.

Arrived early afternoon and were the only ones in there. Great pint of Guinness very well poured. As it got busier the atmosphere really picked up and as more arrived we were politely asked to shift up a little which was no issue at all...Will be coming back soon Enjoy Speisekarte ansehen

cozy event in the upper floor for the secret cabarett. the room is comfortable and attractive furnished, equipped with a suitable small platform and pa system. attractive low-priced drinks and dine in the offer, along with a very entertaining cabaret program, all contribute to a very pleasant evening.

Really lovely cosy wood panelled pub thoughtfully decorated with lots of plants and retaining its history. Great and friendly bar staff who will go out of their way to make the drink you fancy. Space upstairs hosts comedy nights and the occasional band downstairs. Definitely a place to visit if you're in Farringdon.

I had seen big cries of this pub, but stumbled on them by falling. as others have said, the ground floor bar is quite small and, on Thursday evening, it was very busy. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly and helpful, both for visitors and for masters. good selection of ales and really good prices for the opposite. the decor is traditional, but also smart. good things to hear about eating, so will return to try the escaping area in the upper floor. too busy to make interior pictures and the front is currently equipped, so only one picture at this opportunity.
