"We throughly enjoyed the Christmas menu dining. I had the prawn cocktail starter and the sauce was the best I’ve ever had! My fiancé really enjoyed the ham terrine. We both had the Turkey and every part of the dinner was flavoursome and cooked to perfection. We then ended with the cheese board with good choices of cheese. Initially, we had checked into the restaurant under my partner’s name and had been seated accordingly. Our reservation couldn’t be found until I realised my mistake and it was in my name! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were relocated to our table and were well looked after. Overall, the experience was lovely. We will definitely be returned soon!"

Waited 40mins for food and when it arrived all 4 meals where cold like they had been forgotten about. Was told the food would be free then was charged for 2 meals. Very disappointed.

Despite a virtually empty restaurant, me and my family (including 3 kids) waited an hour for our food. This also meant we didn't have time for pudding. The bill charged for an item we didn't order, and my wife's cocktail (fizz with cassis) had no cassis. All in all very dissapointing. The staff however were very nice and polite.
