Very nice lovely new menu but slow on the drinks but otherwise delicious

burgers were dreadful. cold and unseasoned. Drinks were alright and the stuff was ok

Birthday brunch. 3 of us had the Mediterranean Breakfast which was outstanding. The other had the grain bowl which she enjoyed.

running a skeleton menu and what feels like a skeleton staff. many items not on the menu, 'grill ' not working. uniformed staff (not their fault) wedge salad took 30mins, just overall a really poor experience. which is a real shame, have been a fan of Bill 's in the past. usually has a great plant based offering and service food is as expected. on this occasion, below average.

Very poor service. Too slow. Only had 2 courses and were there 3 hours plus. Restaurant was not busy. Had to push to order food and waited a long time. Felt ignored. Staff wandered around or stood chatting rather than focused on customers. Food OK but expensive when compared to the overall experience. There are better places to eat that we will choose next time. Very disappointing.

"We were warmly welcomed and received a good explanation of the drink options. Our starters arrived promptly, but they lacked flavor, especially the dips. We both ordered the Caesar Salad, expecting it to feature key ingredients like chicken and dressing. The chicken was warm and tender, but there was hardly any cheese and very little dressing. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The food was just decent. The staff was friendly enough, but they spent a lot of time chatting among themselves, which didn’t create the professional atmosphere I was expecting. I had made a reservation for my 50th birthday dinner, so I was hoping for a little more. I also found out afterward that this is a chain restaurant, which I hadn’t realized at the time; I was aiming for an independent spot. While it’s an alright place and I would consider going back, I wouldn’t choose it for a special occasion.

My partner ordered the lobster linguine, which was delicious, but his white wine was lukewarm. The attentive waitress explained that it had just come out of the refrigerator, and it should have been chilled earlier in the day for better temperature. I found my steak to be decent but nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, the glass of Pinot Noir was terrible—it tasted like the bottom of a very low-quality bottle. To top it off, I had the worst espresso martini I've ever had and couldn’t even finish it. Overall, the restaurant seems to be drastically lacking in the quality of its offerings and cocktails. However, the service was cheerful, friendly, and attentive.

My husband's lobster linguine was delicious, but his white wine was lukewarm. The helpful waitress explained that it had just come out of the fridge, which led me to think they should have stocked it earlier in the day to ensure proper chilling. My steak was mediocre, though the accompanying vegetables were cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the glass of Pinot Noir was terrible and tasted like the dregs from a low-quality bottle. To top it off, I had the worst Espresso Martini I've ever encountered and couldn't even finish it.
