Bistro Early - Speisekarte

after 5 times reminding the waitress to take our order it took 1,5h until the food was served. And we didn’t order complicated stuff (casserole). In the end even the wrong food was served. And the waitress didn’t even apologize...very sad.

I really enjoy the food, and is great we spend €10 each food and beer, everyone ask for the tradicional dish and I look delicious but I got the pasta 309 on the menu just cos I wanna try something different and it was great, portions are huge.

Went to this restaurant as they serve a big selection of the local “Auflauf” dish. Basically a casserole with choice of fillings. We had pasta and rice dishes with various fillings. Chicken, Veg, mushrooms. And of course covered with melted cheese and mushrooms

We chose this restaurant because of its reviews, and we weren’t disappointed. We ordered a small salad and the arlauf of potatoes, chicken, and vegetables. It was plenty for us to share, and it was delicious. Plus the prices are very reasonable! The menu is huge. I would definitely eat here again.

I went here with my parents for lunch and we were amazed by the nice French atmosphere of the local and the cheap menu they offered. We ordered 3 dishes based on chicken and cheese and they were not only cheap but also delicious and simply perfect for a lunch. One thing to notice is that we've been waiting a lot for our dishes

Wir waren zu sechst und haben einige Salate sowie Pizza und Pasta bestellt. Auf TripAdvisor stand, dass es sich auch um ein Restaurant für deutsche Küche handelt, aber das stimmt nicht. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Essen ausgezeichnet, ebenso der Service. Es ist eine Empfehlung, hier zu essen, wenn man italienisches Essen mag. Das Restaurant ist überhaupt nicht teuer und wird hauptsächlich von einem jüngeren Publikum frequentiert. Ich würde hier wieder hingehen, wenn wir Marburg besuchen.

Während wir Marburg und seine Weihnachtsmärkte erkundeten, wurden wir hungrig, hatten aber keine Lust auf typisches Weihnachtsmarkt-Fast Food. Als wir die Augen nach einem vielversprechenden Restaurant offen hielten, stießen wir auf das Bistro Early. Zunächst fiel uns die Inneneinrichtung mit Kunstwerken von Gustav Klimt auf, die uns sehr gefiel. Nachdem wir drinnen Platz genommen und die Speisekarte durchgesehen hatten, waren wir überrascht über die große Auswahl an Gerichten, darunter einige, die man in Deutschland nicht oft findet. Dies ist ein seltsames Restaurant aus mehreren Gründen. Es soll wie ein deutsches/lokales Restaurant und gleichzeitig wie eine Franchise aussehen, ist aber tatsächlich mediterran und gehört nicht zu einer Kette. Ein Unternehmer sah die Chance auf eine günstige, aber anständige Gastronomie an diesem Standort und ließ es entwerfen. Ich stimme den Rezensionen hier insgesamt zu: Das Essen ist heiß, kommt schnell, scheint frisch zubereitet zu sein und die Zutaten sind gut (auch wenn sie nicht teuer sind, d.h. mehr Kartoffeln als Fleisch, aber naja). My student daughter took me here for lunch yesterday, and said it is her go to café in Marburg. I went back alone today as I was so impressed. This bistro is popular for good reason. Located in the Altstadt, it has a warm, cosy atmosphere with cheerful yellow walls adorned by Gustav Klimt prints. Klimt appears on the cover of the menus, too, which are available in German and English. The menu is extensive and there really is something for everyone.
