Bistro Village Fayre

I've been to this restaurant a few times and I've always had a fantastic experience. The food is excellent and this place has a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it.

I visited a nearby office for work and decided to grab a quick lunch from their take away counter. I ordered a small noodle dish for £5.95, a bottle of Ribena for £2.20, and a small rocky road for £1.50.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially when you get it for free! It is served by handsome waiters and the amazing boss Paul treats you with respect. We love Paulo Miguel, who charms us into staying at the bistro. He is definitely a keeper! Speisekarte ansehen

It's pretty good but nothing that notable. Came in for lunch and for the kebabs. The salad is an iceberg dominated plate. The lamb meat was pretty good. Wish it had more vegetables as part of the kebab. The French fries were really good. It is a solid lunch choice that's nothing amazing or too bad either. Just go for a good meal that does the job.

I've been a regular visitor for over two years. The staff there are super friendly, great service and conversation. They really look after you. There's a wide variety of food free garlic bread and their salad and pizzas are delicious. Big screen for live sports. Outside beer garden and tables to eat . Great sun trap. Great value for money. Would recommend to family and friends.

What a wonderful restaurant! We were lucky enough to be able to hold our wedding reception here and I can't speak highly enough about it. Paulo and his team couldn't do enough for us, they were so attentive, friendly and helpful and played a massive part in making it the happiest day of our lives. The food was superb and the setting could not be beaten. My family have told me that it was the best wedding reception that they have ever been to! Massively recommend this beautiful restaurant. I had a satisfying lunch at this restaurant. It was quite busy for a Wednesday lunchtime, but we were seated quickly. Our group of 6 was promptly served. I ordered the chicken jacket potato, which was generous in portion size with plenty of salad. The cucumbers were a bit dry, but the chicken was served with a tasty BBQ sauce and came with a large jacket potato. My colleague's pizza looked great, and the kebabs also appeared to be of good quality. If I find myself in the area again, I would gladly return to this restaurant.

What a great find! We found this restaurant thanks to TripAdvisor. We had never been to a Portugese restaurant and we decided to enjoy the adventure. And enjoy we did! It was Miguel, our host/server, who made our evening extra special. We felt like we were dining in his home. He expertly guided us through wine and food selection for the best experience possible. The red Portugese house wine proved to be excellent and the lamb chops were as well. Since mussels weren’t available that evening, I opted for the clams in white wine sauce. After a global tour of some of the finest restaurants in Western Europe, the Far East, and the Americas, I returned to my home, London. Having sampled the aggregated delicacies of a hundred Michelin Stars; from dining under the stars in Venice 's Saint Marco 's Piazza, to the deep salt caves of Kuala Lumpur; think of my disdain in returning to London.
