"Kindness, patience and really good food and service. Pre-booked a quiet table so my family, including my dementia affected 77 yr old Father, could enjoy Sunday brunch and paint a bit of pottery beforehand. The service, the kindness, the humanity, was a treasured delight. Of course the pottery painting is fun too and our 7yr old daughter was matching her granddad brushstroke for brushstroke! The brie ham and onion relish toasted sandwich was delish (not my first time), Mums chicken caesar wrap was a triumph and everyone said what a truly delightful time we all had. We’ll done the team at Chameleon Cafe *applause*"

"This was our first visit for a takeaway not to eat in. We ordered via the app and collected. There was some confusion over the bread and we were in-fact given extra to what we had ordered. The servings were generous and the starters were good, but the mains were on the whole bland and under-seasoned with all of the lamb dishes chosen being very tough and gristly. To top it all my husband is still suffering a stomach upset 4 days after, something that hasn't happened before. We won't be visiting again."

"Me and my partner decided to have dinner here last night. Beautiful restaurant with first class service. Turkish food is one of my favorites and this place topped all the restaurants I've been to in the past. Highly recommend the mixed grill, perfection! "This lovely establishment is not one to miss out on! The Spotted Dog has recently reopened, having the chance to meet the new owner Neil whilst we was dining was a great experience to speak to him and hear his visions with where to take this quirky country pub. The interior is decorated spot on to fit the style and feel, making it warm and inviting. The ambience was met with music suitably tailored to the guests. Me and my partner called last minute hoping for a Sunday roast and were pleasantly surprised when they was more than happy to accommodate us in the kitchen, even though they'd just shut the kitchen great touch! (Thank you again! . Choosing the sharing platter Sunday roast for 2 which came with all the meats and trimmings was a great option for us which we thoroughly enjoyed! We don't see this option at many pubs! The food was delicious and we couldn't fault our meal or the service we received. This was our first visit and as a local spot to us we will certainly be back in the future"

"On first impressions the restaurant looks cute, like a small family run place. However the service, food and wine are severely lacking. We were made to feel bad for not liking wine we had asked to try, which made the rest of our experience feel very uncomfortable as our food wasn’t great at all Our meals were bland and underwhelming. My friend had seafood pasta which was obviously frozen and smelt strongly of fish but with 0 flavour. My calzone had tinned mushrooms in it, and just looked and tasted like a sad old lump of dough on my plate All in all for a meal for here felt like robbery. We wished we’d gone around the corner to Franco Manca it would have been delicious, fresh, and a much more relaxing dinning experience."
