"We had a pleasant evening. We were greeted in a cold night by two log fires and inviting smiles. The Inn is full of antiques we asked who cleanses the whole brass! Service was fast and friendly and the food delicious. There have been many items on the menu that I have feancied but not so booked to return for lunch this coming week. Can't wait!"

Very disappointing. 3 of our party ordered the Scallop starter and we had 3 scallops between us. The waitress didn't ask how we wanted to cook our steak. We left.

Family lunch, the food was fantastic, waiting time good, courteous and attentive server, without being over the top. Beautiful historic building with amazing antiques. The garden is lovely and I saw them pick a lettuce to take to the kitchen, you can't get fresher than that.
