Service was a bit slow especially with the drinks when they came the order was wrong. Food on the other hand was lovely and cooked to perfection

Food was delicious, had to wait quite a while for drinks and the cocktails were tasty but too much ice. Staff were very friendly. Would visit again.

Warm white wine, nothing available on childrens menu then childrens meals didn’t arrive. Chased it about 4 times with unhelpful staff. Finally went to bar to complain again and their order hadn’t even been put through. This was an hour after we placed the order. When it finally arrived it was disappointing. Staff very unhelpful and no customer service!!!! Wouldn’t visit again.

nice eating, but unfortunately the service was not great, they were clearly short workers, so that table service was slow and the drinks did not arrive until after the food came, which also took a dae. but the staff did their best and the manager was very apologetic for the bad service. it would not stop us to come back, although eating was excellent and hopefully many choices next time when we go, they were able to recruit the staff for such a busy restaurant.

the restaurant was at a great location. Unfortunately there were only two employees who ran two bars and in front of the house. we had to hunt our drink orders, as it seemed to order more on the bar than on the table. when it came to order, the server took 4 other tabular orders. then our food came out separately. the half of the table had finished eating when the other half of the diners came out. eating was tasty, but I think that the witness can't handle when the events are on, as it is a big restaurant/bar for just two people to run. On arrival it took the staff a little while to find our booking...we ordered drinks...4 corona beers...2 mojito..the beers arrived fairly quickly but the mojito didn't arrive at the table for at least 30 mins...in fact they came after our food had been cooked and sat down in front of us! No explanation given or apology even after asking as to where they are 20 mins after ordering. The food is good. And most of the staff were very polite and engaging.... except our server...she could do with a bit of training, maybe she's new and a bit nervous.

We booked here to go for lunch before Ed Sheeran as it was about the only restaurant that had any reservations. Was initially a bit sceptical as that is usually worrying however the place is massive with lots of booths and tables. Our group got a mix of main meals and tapas and the food was of really good quality however the service was all but non existent. When we first walked in we weren’t really greeted we were just stood awkwardly in the doorway until someone came over which seemed odd as there was only about 3 tables at the time and plenty of staff. he waited for about ten minutes at the door, showed us a table and gave us no food or drinks menus, so we had to go and ask us. no one came or took our order, so then they had to ask for order. we asked three different employees to hunt our drinks as they lasted so long and until this point we had waited 50 minutes. none of the employees we asked came back the drinks, so we had to ask ourselves, and instead of getting our drinks, the bar staff served foot in the customers. when we finally got our drinks, the order was not even correct, so it had to waste more time to sort it out. a table of 7 came in and sat next to us after we had already been there 30mins, but they got their drinks and eat...
