"a short walk from the old street, at the rande of the shoreditch trendy (I am in the regular wonder to go when I go deeper), boyago is a great little sound. small and charming small decor with authentic Moroccan decor. the personal is warm, attentive and charming. we were first around 18 o'clock, but with 7 it was well settled with a good atmosphere. we are stuck in Moroccan attitudes and were not disappointed. the hummus dip (to share for us) was delicious and open there was not really a dish close to par for each of us. the deaf breast and the lamb tagins were absolutely delicious. with the exception of the chicken mark, however, an additional order was required. we all agree that we will definitely return...read more"

Beautiful venue, though quite cozy, with exceptional cuisine. Highly recommend, even at full price. Will certainly return for another meal.

We went with a large group. The food took some time to arrive but was tasty. I had the halloumi starter and chicken tagine, both were very nice.

Really lovely staff and great venue. Was a little quiet as was an early week night. Food was nice enough but do not expect gourmet, excellent value and I would go again.

The restaurant had beautiful decor and served fresh fish, but we were hoping for more interesting food options. The staff was friendly but not very attentive. Unfortunately, there were issues with the credit card terminal, so we had to walk outside to a nearby ATM, which was quite inconvenient. Speisekarte ansehen

Great bang for your buck at this restaurant. Perfect for a party of 2 or 4 and we were well taken care of. However, the offers were a bit confusing as we were only allowed to choose one, which we found out when it was time to settle the bill. Other than that, we had a fantastic dining experience.

I honestly have to score it zero having eaten similar cuisine during my few years in Morocco. No care or love or flavour in the food, harrira wasn't amazing, the couscous was below par and the portions are very much on the small side. The price is fair I guess considering it is london. If you are not familiar with Moroccan food I guess it's suitable.

I was visiting my daughter and her boyfriend with a friend in London. I spent ages choosing a restaurant with good vegetarian choices and an interesting menu. We were not disappointed, the food was excellent, service great, and loved the ambience. We would definitely go again and would be happy to recommend this restaurant. Just our sort of food. The fig pudding was delicious. Speisekarte ansehen

I caught up with a couple of girl friends here for dinner. The food was good but not spectacular. Service was friendly. Restaurant had a nice, small-business feel, I'm pretty sure it's operated by the owners. I would certainly come here again for a catch up with friends over a decent meal. It wasn't as busy or loud as other options in the Old Street Shoreditch area (a good thing! and I thought the food and wine were reasonably priced.

Very special bit of Morocco in the heart of London. I had not been to a Moroccan restaurant so I didn't know what to expect, but if all Moroccan restaurants are like the Bogayo I will certainly be eating Moroccan food again. The food was lovely we had the shared mezze for 2 and we both enjoyed all the different flavours, the mains were all beautifully cooked and also bursting with flavour. The price was excellent value. In brief a really friendly restaurant, lovely food and outstanding value.
