"This restaurant is just outside the Quadrilatero of San Salvario, where the new movida trend gave birth to a lot of little places for (poorly) eating and drinking till late night. So, you can dine quietly and then move into it. This restaurant has two vaulted rooms at the ground floor and one in the basement, reserved for parties. The ambiance is cosy and clean, the tables spaced enough to allow a confidential conversation, the table dressing of good taste. The cuisine is a mix of regional tastes and products, contaminated by an international touch: the Angus with jacked potato was gorgious, like the just-in-time arrived boletus mushrooms, immediately fried and served with home baked bread and grissini or the vitello tonnato with the grand mother sauce. Good wine of the cave, offered at the right price, also by glasses. Young people serving and, probably, cooking: warm welcome. Unfortunately, the place becomes noisy when full. Price around 30 Euros, wine and half-dish of mushrooms included. At noon, large solo dish at 9 Euros. During the nice season, places outside (but the road is narrow and the landscape non existent)."
