Bokan 38 39 Rooftop

I could have a nice brunch with friends, although there was a cloudy and rainy day the view was still amazing! The staff could not be more friendly and the vibe is definitely on the cool side, warm tones, wooden surfaces, leather seats all add an edge to the place with a refined finish.

Nice bar in canary wharf with views almost as good as the shard. Entry was very strange as we had to tell 3 separate people we had a booking and show proof. Also we had to pay immediately after we ordered each dish/drink which was unusual. The food was ok but took ages to arrive due to a function at the rooftop however cocktails were good. Do note it's on the pricier side with cocktails starting from 14 quid.

Amazing to be so high in the sky, sleeps on lovely cocktails. Don't lie.... it was quite sippy as we approach the winter months, but that's said. The views were crazy!!!! In any case, you have to look back in daylight to really appreciate the skyline of London. Our waiter Fredrico was an absolute babe. This was our second time at Bokan 37, and it was even better than the first one. We started with scallops and scotch egg. Scotch egg was especially delicious, thanks to touch of truffles. Then we tried the lobster risotto and combination of beef steak and short rib. Finished the dinner with Bokan's interpretation of banofee. Out host for the evening was Antonella, and she was very lovely. Another fantastic evening. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to London for our 5-year anniversary and booked 7 a.m. at the Bokan 37. The food was amazingly special thanks to Nelson for his knowledge of wines and recommended the 7-course experience with wine tasting. Also served on the tables, Antonella was great thank you for her great personality and the knowledge of the dishes that really remember our night. If you are looking for excellent food amazing views and masses of wine choices do not see any other top brands all the way thanks Bokan 37

They offered a very nice tasting menu. Food was lovely with a good mix from start to finish, the highlight being the dessert however that doesn't detract from the other courses. Wine pairing was spot on for each course if you are looking for a cocktail please note that the official menu is limited however the bar will make most of what you ask for. Overall a very lovely night, staff were polite and very well informed of each dish they were serving up. If you enjoy tasting menus you will lole Bokan

Didn't have a great experience unfortunately. Asked for a table next to the window three times and wasn't given it even there was a few available. My main course was very salty, and nobody checked how it was. The guy serving us our champagne wasn't nice and was too pushy to order the more expensive bottle. Also had to wait for half an hour for the bill and to pay. The view (as much as you can experience it from the middle of the floor without making other people feel uncomfortable) and our waitress Antonella was great though.

We went for dinner and had a fantastic experience in Bokan 37. It was my wife's birthday and the staff were kind enough to provide a table with the city view. I highly recommend sending them a note in advance about your seating preferences. We had the 3 course meal and found all the items to be extremely tasty and flavourful. Service was excellent and special mention to their courteous and attentive staff. Even when the restaurant got busy, the service levels were not affected. Tip: If you want to click good pics during night, you should go to the 39th floor rooftop(There are stairs from inside the restaurant). I booked Bokan 37 for the views, especially on bonfire night. When I got there I found the service to be friendly and welcoming. It was slightly hampered by the waiters not being able to reach all four settings at the table and us having to pass things for them. I was very pleasantly surprised by the food, which was well cooked and very well presented. The menu was limited, a sign that it was being prepared fresh rather than a lot of pre-prepared ingredients. The portions were adequate rather than substantial, again a sign of attention to detail.
