Excellent risotto and spectacular dessert with sorbetto and bottarga. Gentle people also brought me a little dessert with candle. Great modern restaurant. The tasting menu with wine pairings had a wonderful meal with excellent flavors and interesting preparations. Not error-free (at one point the servers lost the way where things were in service and served a dessert wine before the last main dish came, which was a little disappointing).
