The hostess was not very friendly. Our dinner (starter and main course) was served at the same time, we also found hair and plastic in our dinner. We only felt we were not very welcome because we were not hotel guests. We definitely had another treatment of the hostess.

a beautiful weekend of late May on this quiet Tuscan hill. very helpful and serene staff. our room, the barricade, had a large comfortable bed, shower and large bathtub and a large living room. plus a private outside with a hot tub. we felt pampered. the visit to the cellar is interesting and shows how important it is for them to produce a good wine.

wonderful place surrounded by nature among the Tuscan hills, and the vineyards of the resort. a place to relax and meditation. wines are very good. warm welcome. We spent a beautiful weekend. We were a nice group for a bachelorette party. we have created a little displeasure, but despite this hospitality has been great as well as the service. I recommend it for a weekend of relaxation between qlc month with the warm in order to make beautiful walks and immerse yourself in the pool.

I myself and my partner were one night in borgo casa al vento. we rented a car that is one for access to the hotel. we had a brilliant stay, our room was nice and clean. it had a sweet table on the terrace right in front of our door. the garden, the plot and the pool were beautiful. I would recommend the restaurant before location. we had a delicious dinner with traditional Tuscan dresses and a bottle of wine from her weinberg, which we tasted on our tour the same afternoon. we booked the tour directly with the hotel before we arrived. all staff, from the owners, reception, waiters, cooks and housekeepers were really friendly and welcoming. we felt good looked around.
