i love every dishes of Boutary. They are creative with fantastic test. it’s my good experience in Paris.

my dish wasn't well seasoned, I'm a little disappointed, but I'll come back to give this restaurant a second chance.

Gastronomic experience of the highest quality. Our server was extremely courteous and friendly. Every course was explained in detail with detailed information about ingredients and preparation methods. The meals were delicious and along with the wine were carefully paired. What an experience! We had the 5 course tasting menu with the 3 classic wines complementing. It may be expensive BUT IT IS A 3 HOUR PLUS LIFE EXPERIENCE !. I am not a “cavier” guy BUT their signature dish was fantastic be sure to experience it as the wait staff explains you will not believe how wonderful it is! The wines of course compliment every aspect of the meal! Prepare yourself for a wonderful evening!!

This is a delightful restaurant which provided excellent food and service and a delightful and relaxed ambiance. The dishes were well explained, as were the caviar selections, and the wines were very well matched. The food, which is French cuisine with Japanese influence, was beautifully presented and delicious, albeit not for those who like very large portions as this was quality over quantity. Highly recommended.

a booking pending for 7 validated two days later! We were already hoping. we had an extra welcome, a table upstairs in a very nice little room. the menu has been mastered, with a lot of work on the plates, a very nice presentation and the tastes and textures that have enjoyed our whole table! from the jacco carpaccio to citrus fruit until the pear/ame dessert, with charolles beef, it was really a good meal! we enjoyed the embroidered signature potato with little surprise for the greatest pleasure of taste buds and taste buds! the service was perfect and discreet, while providing us with relevant explanations about the products and their history!
