Perfect service, perfectly hardened small plates. If you drive through the south of Italy, this is a must for a fine culinary experience. The chef makes an extraordinary work, the spices and flavors in unique dishes (loved the use of sumac) and the front of the house manager/ommeliers resembles wines so effortlessly with the dishes. High-level gastronomic experience, it is definitely worth getting to Palazzo San Gervasio to eat here. You can see the enthusiasm and courage of the two boys who drive this restaurant, I'm sure they will make their way. We ate very well following one of the proposed routes, that of the Earth, and it was all very good (antipasto and sweet in particular). The price is adequate to the level of cuisine and service offered. If I had to improve a bit, I would like to extend the wine paper a bit further and, slightly, the portion of the second dish. We will definitely return in spring to try the route Sea and Lake!

It is impossible to fall asleep after such an experience. So... I decided to review. Bramea is a temple of high-level cuisine, a perfect combination of modernity and traditions. In my country, Palazzo San Gervasio, a place where you wouldn't expect it, after walking through that little illined avenue, I was physically immersed in a tripudio of flavors that mine surprised and satisfied. If you are fond of good food you absolutely have to get the address of Bramea on your gourmet notebook. Bramea is when it happens to live an experience where from the first courses you feel the need to exclaim with a WOW! However, one cannot be so reductive in expressing a judgment on this project set up by two very young boys who have followed a valid and professional staff. What happened in my head, in my stomach, in my dreaming with senses, is not a case, it is not improvisation, it is not speed, it is not conformity. The kitchen is exposed and you can only notice a meticulous, spasmodic, manic attention to hygiene and cleaning.
