Une bonne brasserie de village... pas d'erreur et extreme gentillesse.Menu du samedi pour 15€ entrée plat déssert café....

Très bonne adresse. Cuisine traditionnelle excellente à un prix très abordable. Et comme on est bien sous les platanes de l esplanade.

Very friendly bar in the middle of the esplanade or market place. The market is held on Fridays and is worth a visit. Food is served at lunchtimes and is usually very good although limited in choice.

Côté ambiance, un cadre sympathique sous les platanes et des patrons très accueillants. Et côté table, des produits frais, et notamment une délicieuse sèche à la plancha. Tout ça pour des prix très raisonnables.

On the Esplanade in Montagnac we have eaten there often and never been disappointed. Also great just to go and sit under the trees and have a coffee or aperitif or something stronger if you're in the mood for that. Owners are lovely people and their service is friendly and good.

What a typical French restaurant in a magnificent village square. We had aperitifs and ordered from the menu, two French onion soups and two fish soup followed by chicken in mushroom sauce the 4 homemade puddings, with 2 carafes house wine we got an invoice for less than 80 euros, could not believe it! So good value!

It's not posh. It's not trendy. It is very typically Languedoc, a friendly welcome ( sometimes even from Davy the patron but always from his beautiful wife Anna) , good food and normally a good choice of 3 starters and 4 or 5 main dishes. Wine ranges from cheap carafe to excellent local bottles from the nearby 'cave' or a local domaine. This restaurant does get busy at lunchtimes, especially on Friday when the local market spreads down the esplanade right outside. We loved it and can't wait to return soon for more delightful food and great local company.
