I feel I only give 3 stars because of the insistence on the part of the waiters to want to remove the dishes when we are still eating...and prices too high.

I stayed at dinner in this restaurant about a week ago and I must say that I was excited about it from the reception to the account were educated and competent, regarding food and drink all delicious 5 stars are few, when I return to skiing I will definitely return to dinner in this beautiful place, dogs are welcome.

Very nice brewery, the interior is beautiful and has a nice outdoor garden where you can have lunch on sunny days. The menu is mainly meat and for each course beer is recommended that best match the flavors of the dish. It goes from meat cuts from their butcher to very inviting gourmet burgers. The raw materials used are of good quality and many courses naturally have as an ingredient beer. Price maybe a little high, but quality pays. Friendly staff and fast service despite all exhausted.

Barbecue pub just outside Vernante with proposals of unconventional cuts (at least in Italy) but practically of cult in the States like bavetta, diaphragm and lombatello (flank steak, skirt steak and hanger steak) all treated perfectly both for preparation, marination and combinations that also for cooking of course (bagna cauda with vegetables contour super idea). There are also excellent appetizers far from discounted. Needless to talk about the great selection of beers prepared on site (fermentation vases well visible in the establishment) and able to cover all styles and tastes.
