They had a very friendly service, The food was cooked to our liking so there was nothing to complain about The serving times were quick and the food was very good quality Would definitely recommend for any occasion

Breakfast was disgusting!!!! Eggs snotty,bacon not cooked,sausages not cooked,black pudding was like mash potato n not cooked!! Orange juice was about the only good bit.when checked out they said its the way their taught to cook........well next time turn ya cookers on!!!!!

A friend and I visited for a roast. I can honestly say it was the worst meal I’ve ever had. When my meal arrived, there was a very obvious black hair in my lunch. I complained and they brought me a fresh meal. The meal wasn’t hot or even luke warm. The potatoes were supposed to be roasted but don’t think they’d seen the oven and were in fact inedible Would I visit again… DEFINITELY NOT!!! Speisekarte ansehen

OK, so I know this isn't going to be fine dining. But it was grim from beginning to end. Full of ramaging children, the place is not at all clean, staff not really bothered. This chain of restaurants is currently or about to be sold off and it shows. Food was equally bad, no point in complaining as staff would not have cared and it was hard to know where to begin with the faults. To be avoided.

We were welcomed and served by a really friendly guy. I shared my allergy card with him and he ensured that the information on this was shared with the kitchen staff. He also made sure that the table and cutlery were additionally allergy cleaned. His attentiveness and allergy awareness meant that I could relax and enjoy the meal and we had a really good time for a bargain price. We'd definitely eat here again. Thanks to the amazing staff

Popped in this morning about 0930, was not too busy, seated anywhere we wanted. 2 staff serving they seemed to work well together. Both pleasant and chatty. Reece I think. was very calm, professional. Sharon I think, had every under control and very helpful. Food was hot when served. Good quality sausages! Lots of carbs to choose from I had toast a American pancake. Lots of topping to choose from. Can't go wrong for under £10 a head for a buffet cooked breakfast. Coffees also good quality. Ordered food with Andy, whom has extremely good customer service skills this was both with myself the other customers. Andy also asked every customer about allergies. Food came out within 10 minutes, delivered by Samona who was also lovely, ensuring I had the condiments I wanted. Compliments to the chefs I ordered the 7oz Gammon with Chips and Sausage with Mash for myself. Both were perfectly cooked, would recommend. Ate them too quickly to think about taking photos but both meals were presented beautifully.

Breakfast was great nice and fresh dinners are spot on. Staff is what makes this place and why i stay and have done for the past year or so. Every member of staff I've had the privilege of learning there names as they are so clear and polite and hardworking and go above and beyond to meet your every needs. Andy the new manager is a great addition to the family. I can name these people as exceptional. Julie,Sharon, Melissa, Yazmin and lynch and liam in harwich the mayflower brewers fayre. Our 12 strong cycling group had booked a table for Thursday 24 August early morning after our arrival at Harwich Ferry Port. We had just completed 4 days of cycling in France, Belgium and Holland and the breakfast was just what we needed as we faced the cycle back to Redbridge, Essex. Liam and Melina were brilliant to reserving a lovely space for the group to relive adventures of the last few days and also to fuel up for the last push home.
