Excellent food and service. The kids menu has a great choice. We would definitely recommend to Friends and family.

Holly was an amazingly intuitive server with a great sense of humor. I always stop at Brown’s on my way into and out of Glasgow and I am never disappointed.

Well done to Steven the honest waiter who explained service was included when we tried to leave a tip! Service good but felt good was overpriced for what we got( salads

MIHAI! That Gent provides the best service a special kudos to Charlotte for slotting me in for a late dinner. I had my eye on fhe lobster, but seriously, hot ticket items don't last long on a Saturday night. Next time I'm up this way I'll definitely return! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Went to Brown's for dinner and drinks and was served by Steven. The food and drinks were lovely and the waiter Steven was very friendly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He even went above and beyond and gave me an umbrella as it was pouring outside! Thanks Steven, you saved us getting soaked on our day out. Would recommend!

The restaurant wasn't very busy, lovely central bar with lights, a grand piano. The meal was very good, two of us had prawn cocktails, two had the scallops. Three of us had the pork belly which was excellent and ribeye for the son in law. We were very taken with Michael our waiter who it turned out comes originally from Philadelphia. He was great, likeable and most helpful.

We came here as staying In Glasgow round the corner. Was a lovely spot chose it for easy and what we know food! The place as usual amazing, the staff above and beyond Steven has a special mention for looking after us. However the food wasn’t the best I have had at browns at all. Found the chicken schnitzel with salad quite bland not a lot of flavours within the schnitzel but improved with some salt pepper and sauce. I had the profiteroles and it looked amazing but their taste wasn’t great wether they did compliment my palate but they were inedible they tasted far to chewy and sweet. The lamb shepherds pie was amazing it was very yummy and well presented!

A Saturday lunch that went very very wrong. Stood at the entrance for approx 10 minutes before somebody finally could be bothered to greet us. Then sat in the bar area that was simply just filthy--the floor was covered in liquid, the bar covered in dirty glasses. Waited 15 minutes to be served at all by somebody who was actually on ther break but was passing us despite several members of staff chatting behind the bar. Finally moved to the restaurant area and served what can only be described as luke warm, average and tasteless food accompanied by a waitress who clearly wanted to be somewhere else. We visit Miller and Carter often but fancied a small change and opted for Browns which we believe to be within the same chain. We arrived promptly at 6:30 on a Friday evening, the restaurant was not busy yet staff shied away from us, leaving us waiting to be taken to our table. Despite the quiet restaurant we were sat at quite possibly the smallest table in the building. We ordered water and a bottle of wine, neither of which was poured or to allow us to taste (which is common courtesy in M&C)!
