Incredible, what an unbelievable delight. Giving this a 5 star next to other 5 stars is an offence to this restaurant, it needs 6 or 7 star. A unique, humble, well paced, balanced, flavor full 14 course evening of pleasure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantástica experiencia en medio de la nada. Sólo 14 plazas y 1 menú. He estado en muchos restaurantes excelentes y, de hecho, BRUT no se queda corto en absoluto. El menú y el maridaje (sin alcohol y vino) fueron absolutamente deliciosos y el servicio fue más que excelente. Speisekarte ansehen

Intimate, well executed and authentic Nose to tail farm to table experience. Our taste buds got challenged and pleased at the same time. The end was a great one! A little saddening are the beverage calculations with 14€ for a glass of wine. I would recommend to choose the drink pairing, that includes a lot of fermented drinks.

Magnífico menú degustación de dieciséis platos. Cada uno de ellos presentado de forma exquisita y explicado por el propio chef Edu. Todo magníficamente orquestado, los sabores in crescendo; todos ellos fruto de una impresionante investigación y cultivo propio de los ingredientes o bien se sirve de productos locales excelentes. Qué bien que en Mallorca tengamos artistas como él, eleva el acto de comer a un estado superior. Aquí todos los sentidos se implican por igual dando un resultado que roza la perfección.

Probably the best meal that I had in Spain. Way better than mugaritz and other Michelin restaurants. This place was top notch. The restaurant itself was also just beautiful. The bar is beautiful, the food was delicious (I remember an amazing oyster, a terrific cheese plate, and some creative dishes and top quality wine). The chefs were friendly and fun to eat with. They also make their own beer! Beautiful restaurant, super great value for the food and experience, will definitely recommend to anyone.
