a delightful dinner from an innovative menu. sad was the dining room quiet, probably because it was so soon after Christmas was so lacking atmosphere. service perfect.

We decided to try out the restaurant as we live locally. We booked for a Saturday evening and were surprised to find that we were the only diners in the restaurant for most of our time there. Consequently, the atmosphere was a little lacking

Enjoyed our visit to Burnside Hotel for afternoon tea, the food was very good and the staff were very attentive. We chose to go midweek as our weekends are a little busy, unfortunately we were the only people in the restaurant which wasn't a major problem but a bit of company would have added to the experience. a late booking for a new year eve meal, so we were not sure what to expect, but we had a fantastic meal, with wonderful service from the attentive staff. we begin to plan a high time and would consider this as a place of event seriously, they should offer all packages in the near future. Thank you for bringing our new year out of the way.

to be honest we were very dissapointed being the only diners in there we only had one starter and that to say the least was very poor in quantity and to have the main course of which we both had roast beef served with the veg on the plate with it all covered in gravy was very poor and we did make a comment to them about it plus we were never offered any water at all so not to happy and certainly would not return at the present time

Four of us went for Sunday lunch. This small hotel in the lovely village of Shottery has obviously been recently refurbished and we were well impressed with the decor and fittings. Our Sunday roast was OK without being special and we had to ask for more vegetables to supplement what appeared to be relatively small portions. We were presented with a dish of peas and then offered a dish of sweet corn. However, the desserts were delicious! Staff were delightful and the service excellent. Speisekarte ansehen
