"Visited here for afternoon tea with my work. The service was terrible, you had to chase the staff for service because after they gave us the meal they were no where to be seen and when we did get hold of them they took a ridiculous amount of time to get back to you that tea was cold. The food was not pleasant. Burnt scones, stale bread, cheesecake that can only be described as mush. When we complained the manager said we would need to complain to head office but never gave us correct info, he said he would deal with in straight away but it took days for someone to get back to us. Their reply was our staff would've been free to help if we asked even though it was stated staff were not available or if they were the time scale was ridiculous. Other people in the party also sent a email complain and never received a reply and the table behind us also complained on the day. We were apprehensive about going back here after the Christmas party wasn't very good either but thought we would give it the benefit of doubt. That was a mistake on my behalf. Wouldn't recommend!"

"Food was nice, sea bass it’s self was lovely but the potatoes/veg were drowned in an unpleasant lemon sauce. Lovely decor but lacked atmosphere, stuck out on a wee table in the middle of the floor when there was others. Waitress was more officious than efficient, felt a bit rushed and snatched menus and glasses away from us. Fair value for money and I will give it another go as big menu to chose from. Suggest selling champagne by the glass"

"Very disappointing experience, I visited on Sunday 22/10/2023 with my wife it was the first time I had been for a while and I was looking forward to it because my wife was raving about the risotto she had whilst there with friends, alas she was even more disappointed as this time round the risotto wasn 't the same and she only ate one spoonful . I started with the Mozzarella Fritti, which was fine and then went for the Penne Arrabbiata (with added Fillet Strips) but to be honest, whilst the sauce was okay the pasta and fillet strips were over cooked. My wife did complain about her risotto explaining how poor it was compared to that which was served on her last visit and this was deducted from the bill, but I had to ask our sever if any of the management team where interested in our experience before a manager came near us. All in a very poor experience in terms of food quality and service. "Only local to the area just over a year trying carry out shops and restraunts . I never booked tried my luck and my luck payed off . Restraunt its self clean and fresh looking comfortable seating . Staff very friendly and pleasant. Now the food wow presentation taste i went for a pre theatre 3 course spring rolls ' chicken satay best iv had with fried rice and salt and chilly chips none of them french fry things proper chips amazing .Then banana fritter with ice cream and syrup with a touch of merange in the ice cream . You may think im exadurating but this is by far the best food iv had in a restraunt 100 family run business . Thanks to the young waitresses too funny and caring looked like they liked there jobs kerp up the good work . I hope the manager passes this to them too and all staff from kitchen to front desk . Team effort for a success not one person . Thankyou see you soon"

"through the bridge of the rifle I went into this big little caffeine. service was very friendly and welcoming. the coffee was perfect to not bite, a really nice, deep fry coffee, well made and full of taste. an early play roll and was made from the kitchen. again perfect and important freshly cooked this caffeine was so good that after the business end of the day. I've returned. This time a carrot cake. here was real service. I came at 4:40 and ordered and sat down. I noticed they were clean. So they ask when they closed. 5 tonight. but no care yet much time, no need to hurry was the answer. there was a freshly brewed coffee, along with a fresh cake. there they are sir take their time and enjoy now what I call service when they fall into the opposite and enjoy."
