"Vi sfido a trovare dei piatti così buoni e così audaci e divertenti allo stesso rapporto qualità/prezzo di questo ristorante. La prima pagina del menù riporta una citazione di Alain Ducasse E’ una storia d’amore la cucina. Bisogna innamorarsi dei prodotti e poi delle persone che la cucinano . È così è stato, nei piatti si percepisce tutto l 'amore che viene messo nel preparare queste pietanze, che non hanno veramente nulla a che invidiare ai più blasonati ristoranti stellati. Consiglio vivamente il coniglio alla cacciatora col gelato all 'alloro e verdure al Wok e la particolare paella umami, ottima rivisitazione di in grande classico. From the beginning I was surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, I felt like a regular customer even if it was the first time I entered. Another thing that struck me was the diversity and amount of menu. There have been several menus, as well as the usual à la carte menu. Very well maintained and very pleasant. Price absolutely in line with the number of courses, water and wine. The final opinion? I recommend the Crunch restaurant to anyone who wants to eat well and in serenity. I'll definitely come back. "Cena in 3, prenoto per il sabato sera con l'intento di mangiare pizza. Arrivati sul posto la cameriera dice che per il sabato vale solo il menù fisso di 25 euro che comprende una misera porzione di fritto misto (nella foto sono già 3porzioni, manca un supplì e la scelta di poche pizze presenti nel menù. Già da questa premessa sarei dovuta andare via. Avrei gradito che al momento della prenotazione mi fosse stata detta questa particolarità. Comunque, al di là di tutto, il cibo è buono e l'ambiente (a parte le urla provenienti dalla cucina è abbastanza piacevole. Non molto comodo il tavolo, privo di tovaglia. Il servizio abbastanza imbarazzante.. dopo aver chiesto il conto abbiamo atteso almeno 15 minuti prima che il ragazzo si presentasse al tavolo col pos in mano comunicandoci il conto in maniera incomprensibile. Ci ha fatto pagare senza che prima controllassimo l'esattezza del prezzo. Diciamo un'esperienza non del tutto positiva. "In questa trattoria, si può gustare la cucina locale umbra e romana. Come primi segnaliamo le ciriole alla ternana (al sugo rosso con peperoncino, ottime), l'amatriciana e la carbonara, con gli gnocchetti alla collescipolana (piatto locale) in seconda battuta. Come secondi si evidenziano l'agnello al forno con patate, la faraona alla leccarda, la coratella (ottima), le polpette e lo stracotto di cinghiale. Vino sia in bottiglia che sfuso locale (un calice di vino viene 2 euro), di buon livello (ottimo il vino locale Ciliegiolo di Narni, buoni anche il Nero d'Avola ed altri). Ottimi gli antipasti di affettati e formaggi, serviti con alcuni sfizi (fiori di zucca, ecc). Il locale propone una varietà di prezzi che vanno dai 25 ai 35 euro per un pasto completo di primo-secondo contornato-bevande vino incluso. Ad esempio un pranzo con ciriole, scaloppine, verdure ed un calice di vino della casa viene intorno ai 25 euro, mentre un pasto completo di antipasto, primo, secondo con contorno, dolce e caffè viene sui 40 euro: da segnalare che la qualità dei cibi corrisponde al prezzo richiesto. Il locale non è grandissimo, conviene prenotare prima dei pasti."
