Service was superb. We had the salmon poke bowl. The bend of flavors was exceptional.

Very respectful, professional and attentive staff. Delicious food! The Tapioca for dessert was amazing. The nuts at the beginning. The starter...sublime!

3 stars is also the quality of service. The dishes are good but the service is not worth 5 stars. Nothing is explained. I had to ask for hot drinks, ask for plates. It's not acceptable. The service is really to review the content of the price.

I expected a little more: the decoration is incredible, but service and food is not exceptional at all. Delicious oysters at home were a good start, as well as goat cheese figs that were very pleasant, but crab rolls ended up having nothing special. I would describe the food as Asian/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern fusion. It’s all very healthy and organic with beautiful presentation. For a starter I had egg rolls stuffed with chèvre and mint served with a yogurt based sauce for dipping. My husband had sweet potato fries with a sauce. There are really only two entrees steamed shrimp and chicken unless you’re vegetarian then there is another entree. They serve gluten free focaccia with organic olive oil from Provence. Wines were delicious. We had a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir. All good food and filling. This is not what you would normally expect from a regular restaurant in Paris. The reservation was really easy to get because it's not very busy. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered butter and truffle bread, truffled mushroom pasta, figs and goat cheese. I also asked them to make a cocktail based on the gin, which was refreshing because massive. They also brought me an oyster as an aperitif, which was delicious. The dishes are delicious and the very pleasant setting. On the other hand, very disappointed by the quality of the service: by bringing our entries, the server served us that of another table and came to look for it as if nothing was a few minutes later before serving it at the right table given the health situation that I find very average. At the time of the dishes, the server was mistaken in two of three commands, and he left so quickly that we didn’t have time to report his mistake. So we waited before he could sign it, he went with the two plates with for any comment a wave "ah yes it is true". So our third guest ate his dish alone and almost finished when our dishes arrived.
